How much time do I need to commit each week?
Plan for at least two to three hours per week, and some weeks will be more. This is a sprint, not a passive program, and the work compounds week over week. Building out sales assets in weeks four and five, for example, will likely take more focused time than earlier weeks. If you can block dedicated time each week to do the work and show up to the call, you'll finish with a system that's built and launched. If you're in a season where you genuinely can't carve out that time, wait for the next round.
I'm already busy. Will I actually be able to implement this?
The whole program is built around implementation, not consumption. Each week has one clear action, your work gets reviewed before you move to the next step, and the AI tools are designed to cut the time between thinking and doing. When do we start and how long do I have access?

What if I can't make the live calls?
Calls will be recorded. You can submit questions in advance and post your work in the Telegram group for feedback between sessions.
